Our C++ Engineers play a crucial role in enhancing our trading platform by developing efficient and high-performance code, devising innovative solutions, and maintaining current systems with a focus on low latency and stability. We operate in small, business-focused teams, practicing agile methodologies to swiftly adapt to market changes. Working closely with the Trading team enables us to receive immediate feedback on the impact of any changes made. To promote collaboration and autonomy, we support shared libraries, promote code re-use, and continuously refine our application architecture.
Technologies we use:
- C++17 and transitioning to C++20
- Linux as our primary infrastructure platform
- Git for version control and Bitbucket for code review
- Atlassian tools for software development lifecycle management (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo)
- Development environment on Native Linux with a choice of IDE or text editor
- Python 3 for automated testing
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global C++ Engineering team to align requirements, implementation, and standards
- Prioritize and deliver core US roadmap items that involve real-time or critical-path software
- Manage a portfolio of related applications and engage in daily collaboration with business owners

According to the NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $160,000-$200,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
