Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global Python Engineering team members to ensure alignment with requirements, implementation, and standards
• Identify opportunities across teams to leverage software for enhancing efficiency
• Develop and manage systems to optimize our capabilities, working closely with business stakeholders daily

Flow Traders values open and transparent communication with employees, stakeholders, and communities. Compensation is structured based on reliable market research, considering factors such as experience level, location, and skill set. Annual discretionary variable remuneration reflects company, group, and individual performance and contribution.

As per the NYC salary transparency law, total compensation for this role ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 annually, in addition to the annual discretionary variable remuneration. Flow Traders does not accept unsolicited resumes from staffing or search firms.
