Tech Lead - Crypto & AI (Lima-Remote)

Token Metrics, a prominent AI-driven crypto research platform, is looking for a seasoned Tech Lead to become part of our expanding team. Your role will involve overseeing technical projects, coaching developers, and playing a significant role in the architecture and development of our state-of-the-art cryptocurrency analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of full-stack developers, encouraging a climate of technical brilliance and innovation
• Design and implement scalable solutions utilizing React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP/AWS
• Promote the adoption of top practices, including DORA metrics, to boost team efficiency and product excellence
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to outline technical requirements and plans
• Actively participate in code development, code evaluations, and technical documentation
• Ensure elevated code quality and uniform coding styles within the team
• Spearhead system design activities for new features and enhancements
• Conduct thorough peer reviews and deliver positive feedback to team members
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain spheres

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency as a Senior Full Stack Developer, illustrating a successful history of delivering top-notch software products
• Extensive expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
• Solid knowledge in system design, with the capability to devise intricate, scalable solutions
• Proficiency in upholding elevated code quality standards and enforcing harmonized coding styles
• Broad experience in executing peer reviews and offering constructive input
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and a track record of being a leading contributor within highly effective development teams
• Active participation in annual Github contributions, showcasing continuous involvement with open-source or personal projects
• Thorough understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, coupled with the skill to coach junior developers
• Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
