Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of full-stack developers, encouraging a climate of technical brilliance and innovation
- Design and implement scalable solutions utilizing React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP/AWS
- Promote the adoption of top practices, including DORA metrics, to boost team efficiency and product excellence

Requirements:
