Your role will involve overseeing technical projects, coaching developers, and playing a significant role in the architecture and development of our state-of-the-art cryptocurrency analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of full-stack developers, encouraging a climate of technical brilliance and innovation
- Design and implement scalable solutions utilizing React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP/AWS
- Promote the adoption of top practices, including DORA metrics, to boost team efficiency and product excellence
