Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, encouraging a culture of technical brilliance and creativity
- Design and execute scalable solutions utilizing React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
- Promote the adoption of best practices, like DORA metrics, to improve team efficiency and product quality

Requirements:
- Proven background as a Senior Full Stack Developer, demonstrating success in delivering top-notch software products
- Extensive expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
- Strong system design acumen, capable of designing sophisticated and scalable solutions
- Proficiency in maintaining high code quality levels and implementing uniform coding styles
- Abundant experience in conducting peer reviews and offering constructive feedback
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and a reputation as a key contributor on high-performance development teams
