Description
Token Metrics, a prominent AI-driven crypto research platform, seeks a skilled Tech Lead to join our expanding team. Your primary tasks will involve supervising technical projects, guiding developers, and playing a significant role in the design and implementation of our state-of-the-art cryptocurrency analytics system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, encouraging a culture of technical brilliance and creativity
- Design and execute scalable solutions utilizing React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
- Promote the adoption of best practices, like DORA metrics, to improve team efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to establish technical requirements and project roadmaps
- Actively participate in code development, code reviews, and technical documentation
- Uphold high code quality and consistent coding standards among team members
- Lead the design of systems for new features and enhancements
- Conduct meticulous peer reviews and provide valuable feedback to team members
- Keep informed about emerging technologies and trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors
Requirements:
- Proven background as a Senior Full Stack Developer, demonstrating success in delivering top-notch software products
- Extensive expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
- Strong system design acumen, capable of designing sophisticated and scalable solutions
- Proficiency in maintaining high code quality levels and implementing uniform coding styles
- Abundant experience in conducting peer reviews and offering constructive feedback
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and a reputation as a key contributor on high-performance development teams
- Actively engaged in annual Github contributions to demonstrate ongoing involvement in open-source or personal projects
- Sound comprehension of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, suitable for mentoring junior developers
- Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in AI/ML technologies and data-driven applications
