Your primary tasks will involve supervising technical projects, guiding developers, and playing a significant role in the design and implementation of our state-of-the-art cryptocurrency analytics system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, encouraging a culture of technical brilliance and creativity
- Design and execute scalable solutions utilizing React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
- Promote the adoption of best practices, like DORA metrics, to improve team efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to establish technical requirements and project roadmaps
- Actively participate in code development, code reviews, and technical documentation
- Uphold high code quality and consistent coding standards among team members

Requirements:
