Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Tech SEO Manager. As the Tech SEO Manager, you will be in charge of leading technical SEO initiatives aimed at boosting organic search performance in various regions and languages. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining the website's technical well-being, enhancing Core Web Vitals, and establishing scalable SEO frameworks to support international expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the technical SEO strategy to ensure the application of best practices across all digital assets.
- Offer guidance on site structure, crawlability, indexation, and enhancements for page speed.
- Collaborate closely with developers to integrate SEO considerations into technical decision-making processes.
- Provide insights on Core Web Vitals and site health metrics, along with recommendations for enhancements.
- Assist in CMS migration projects to ensure continuous SEO performance and minimal interruptions.
- Develop a comprehensive framework for international SEO, incorporating geo-targeting and hreflang strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of technical SEO experience, preferably with global brands.
- Proficiency in international SEO strategies, including targeting multiple regions and languages.
- Sound knowledge of Core Web Vitals, structured data, and website architecture.
- Previous involvement in CMS migrations and large-scale website transitions.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other relevant SEO tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product teams, and content strategists.
