We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to foster growth within our enterprise client base and drive pivotal business outcomes. This entails developing strategic account plans and implementing go-to-market strategies to increase our key accounts' presence on Alchemy's platform.
In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Technical Account Manager Lead to forecast the well-being of your enterprise clients and consistently devise ways to expand these relationships. You will have the chance to work with colleagues from all segments of the company, including senior management and our founders. This role promises significant personal and professional advancement as we embark on a new and promising phase for the company.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating enterprise-oriented collaterals, constructing customer pipelines to facilitate successful deals, and a genuine enthusiasm for web3 technology and blockchain fundamentals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide regular updates on customer welfare and actively aid customers to operate efficiently, aiming to broaden their revenue potential
- Identify growth avenues for customers, enhance product utilization rates, and boost customer loyalty
- Engage regularly with diverse stakeholders such as executives, operations teams, developers, and interdepartmental units
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering departments to introduce new products and features to our significant enterprise clients
- Oversee customer implementations and lead executive interactions
- Offer counsel to customers on best practices within the web3 infrastructure domain through thorough research and understanding of client environments
- Utilize resourcefulness, product strategy, and problem-solving skills to achieve over 100% net retention within our enterprise customer base
- Leverage tools, knowledge, and influence to address customers' requirements effectively
- Keep abreast of Web3 industry trends, customer needs, and market prospects to enhance understanding of the evolving ecosystem
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Account Executive, Solutions Engineer, or related positions
- Strong interest in Web3 technology, encompassing core Ethereum principles, scaling mechanisms, and various blockchain layers
- Prior experience in startups is essential
- Background in a technical field is advantageous
- Proficient in analytical processes
- Demonstrated aptitude for creative problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Display of humility, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and curiosity
- Desire for continuous growth and a winning mindset
