About the Role:

Limit Break is seeking a Technical Project Manager proficient in Unity projects to oversee game production. Working closely with Unity developers and cross-functional teams, you will manage the project lifecycle to deliver an engaging new IP.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical development schedules for Unity projects, coordinating tasks and ensuring streamlined execution.
  • Lead and support Unity development teams, fostering collaboration and a productive work environment.
  • Partner with leadership to define technical requirements and create production schedules for development, launch, and maintenance phases.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to internal stakeholders to align teams on project goals.
  • Identify and address project risks, implementing strategies to overcome challenges effectively.
  • Track team performance metrics and project deliverables velocity.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to establish clear objectives and navigate ambiguous situations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the game industry, ideally with Unity and live service projects.
  • Proven ability to manage engineering teams and drive complex projects to completion.
  • Sound understanding of the game development lifecycle, particularly 3D Unity game development.
  • Proficiency in developing processes and tools to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
  • Strong project and people management skills in dynamic environments.
  • Capacity to effectively handle multiple priorities and work streams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Initiative, ownership mentality, and adept problem-solving skills.
