About The Opportunity:

Join a team of risk & trading professionals responsible for safeguarding against irregular market activities. This team plays a crucial role in maintaining user and company security by detecting and responding to high-risk events promptly. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to enhancing risk tools and alerts.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor spot/derivatives markets for suspicious trading patterns to prevent market manipulation
• Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of risk events, ensuring prompt resolution
• Prepare and present accurate risk reports to supervisors in a timely manner
• Stay updated on market developments and share relevant information with the team
• Develop and enforce risk policies aligned with organizational strategies to manage emerging risks effectively
• Identify and investigate fraudulent activities, such as market irregularities or large exposure positions
• Provide risk analysis and support investigating incidents as needed

Requirements:

• A keen interest in Cryptocurrency/Trading
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, for full team coverage
• Proficiency in Crypto/DeFi/Web3 concepts with a focus on staying abreast of industry trends
• Prior experience in market or quantitative risk is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptable to fast-paced environments and remote work setups
