About the Team
The Binance VIP & Institutional Team, developed by the largest digital asset exchange, provides digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions. In collaboration with various market participants such as traders, trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, corporations, and more, our team delivers top-tier services to influential players in the crypto industry.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact point for supporting high-value customers and institutions on Binance's products.
- Provide dedicated and timely support to institutional and VIP customers through different communication channels.
- Offer guidance to VIP customers on integrating and utilizing Binance's system, including API usage.
- Address account and system-related issues as the initial support line and liaise with internal teams to support VIP customers effectively.
- Gather customer feedback and oversee projects for implementing product change requirements.
- Keep customers informed about system and product updates in a timely manner to ensure awareness.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a client/trading desk support role in financial services.
- Proficient understanding of trading platforms, exchanges, trading orders, and execution processes.
- Ability to fulfill a client management role supporting client development and growth.
- Knowledge of crypto derivative trading products.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle issues effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for facilitating cross-departmental communication.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
- Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in API trading is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, such as blockchain transactions, is a plus.
- Familiarity with derivative and other trading products, including futures, is beneficial.
