About Binance VIP & Institutional Team:
The Binance VIP & Institutional Team caters to VIP clients and institutions by providing digital asset solutions. Working with various market participants, the team offers top-tier services within the cryptocurrency industry.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value customers and institutional clients on Binance's products
- Deliver timely and personalized support to VIP clients through different communication channels
- Guide VIP customers on integrating and utilizing Binance's systems, including API usage
- Address account and system-related issues as the primary support contact
- Liaise with internal teams to represent VIP customers and address their concerns
- Gather customer feedback and oversee projects to implement product changes
- Inform customers about system and product updates promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in client/trading desk support in financial services
- Proficiency in trading platforms, exchange operations, and order execution processes
- Ability to manage client relationships, support growth, and facilitate business development
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure situations effectively
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Fluency in English is required for international coordination
- Experience in API trading is advantageous
