Treasury Associate (Crypto)

We are seeking a dedicated Treasury Associate with a focus on cryptocurrencies to provide assistance in managing crypto liquidity and conducting blockchain-centered treasury operations. This role is ideal for individuals enthusiastic about the crypto markets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and assess daily treasury reports related to digital asset holdings, capital movements, and liquidity status.
• Oversee and regulate crypto liquidity across various platforms such as exchanges, custodial wallets, and on-chain protocols.
• Monitor the performance of investment portfolios, specifically regarding DeFi staking and Liquidity Pool risk-reward attributes.
• Aid in transaction recording and ensuring reconciliation of balance sheets.
• Assist in liquidity forecasting and efficiently allocating capital to improve funding strategies.
• Verify transaction reconciliation by maintaining accuracy across wallets, smart contracts, and internal records.
• Assist in enhancing and streamlining operational workflows.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to manage treasury procedures effectively.

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in banking or fintech; recent graduates with strong analytical abilities are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets to conduct financial modeling, liquidity reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the competence to interpret financial and blockchain transaction data.
• Sound comprehension of DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, and staking mechanisms.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of Python or SQL is advantageous.
• Previous experience in automation, data analytics, or blockchain monitoring tools is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, with the aptitude for cross-team coordination.
• Prior work exposure in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries is a positive.
• Understanding of crypto exchange operations, liquidity risk management, or stablecoin treasury operations is a plus.
• Hands-on familiarity with treasury management systems and on-chain analytics is advantageous.
