Description
The Finance & Accounting team encompasses a variety of functions ranging from Financial Control & Business Performance Management to Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Working collaboratively, the team strategically manages global finance initiatives with an emphasis on attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple diverse project scopes effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate transaction records and reconcile balance sheets
- Extract and validate data from various reports
- Continuously monitor digital asset balances and analyze movements
- Prepare treasury reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Assist in improving and optimizing workflows
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage daily operational tasks
- Support in handling additional tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain industries is a plus
- Proficient in basic data analytics and programming
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of tools like Tableau, VBA, and Excel formulas is beneficial
