The Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations functions collectively form the F&A team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in optimizing global finance initiatives, showcasing attention to detail, and effectively managing multiple exciting project scopes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cash forecasting, global cash management, short-term funding strategies, and foreign exchange execution.
- Reconcile daily settlement bank movements and establish bank relationships.
- Contribute to designing automated processes supporting fiat and digital assets procedures.
- Execute FX transactions for market risk management.
- Conduct liquidity forecasts and monitor ongoing liquidity levels.
- Collaborate with product and finance teams to enhance funding optimizations.
- Integrate risk and control processes into daily tasks to monitor and mitigate risks effectively.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
- Preferably possess 1 to 2 years of Treasury experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Exhibit proficiency in Tableau, SQL (or equivalent), and Excel.
- Proficient in English and Chinese languages.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and capacity to work under pressure.
