We are currently seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft user-friendly interfaces for our Telegram-centered yield protocol. In collaboration with our development team, you will translate intricate DeFi concepts into visually appealing designs that resonate with users. If you have a passion for simplifying complex financial concepts and making them intuitive, you will be a great addition to our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance user interfaces for our Telegram Mini App through iterative design processes.
- Generate design assets and UI elements using Figma.
- Simplify intricate yield management concepts into seamless user journeys.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design implementations.
- Conduct user research activities and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Create mobile-first designs that seamlessly integrate with the Telegram platform.
- Assist the marketing team by producing visually engaging content for social media and promotional materials.
- Design compelling graphics tailored for platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and other social media channels.
Requirements
- Demonstrable portfolio highlighting projects related to DeFi and Web3.
- Proficiency in Figma at an expert level.
- Thorough comprehension of DeFi user behaviors and pain points.
- Availability to work within the CET timezone (+/- 4 hours).
- Prior experience in designing mobile-first applications.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Proven entrepreneurial experience – Ideally, you’ve built a startup before (even if it failed).
Deep Web3 or AI expertise – Hands-on experience in AI, blockchain, or fintech is a must.
