We are on the lookout for a proactive and analytical User Journey Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Growth team.

This role, positioned at a mid-level, primarily centers on utilizing insights derived from data and user behavior to enhance our products and refine user acquisition strategies, boost engagement levels, and optimize conversions on the Binance platform.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily data analyses to comprehend user segments, behavior trends, and funnel performance within varying products and page views.
• Monitor user behaviors and essential funnels to present team-relevant insights.
• Collaborate with the Data team to construct an AI model centered around different user segments and all phases of the user journey.
• Identify bottlenecks in the user journey and develop optimization plans encompassing product and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to leverage platform functionalities, drive product improvements, and align with growth objectives.
• Take the lead in initiating and executing growth projects independently, ensuring meticulous implementation, and conducting comprehensive reviews to extract insights for enhancing future initiatives.
• Continuously monitor, report, and communicate growth performance along with insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proficient in understanding user segments and the logic of user lifecycle, with substantial experience in successful user operation projects and sound logic.
• Demonstrated background in user journey analysis and execution.
• Prior involvement in growth-related roles emphasizing strong data analysis skills and logical problem-solving capabilities.
• Mastery in utilizing data tools and analytics platforms such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously as a self-starter, managing projects from inception to completion and review.
• Profound understanding of user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.
• Creative aptitude with past experience in crafting and executing growth strategies like voucher programs, task incentives, or similar campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with multiple teams.
• A passion for the crypto industry is advantageous.
