Responsibilities
- Employ various UX tools like FigJam, Miro, Hotjar, and Google Analytics to design and optimize user flows.
- Lead user testing sessions, record findings, and prioritize improvements.
- Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to address technical issues.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards in UX designs.
- Analyze feedback and make adjustments to enhance usability and performance.
