What We're Looking For:

We are in search of an adept and versatile Software Engineering Technical Lead to join our team. This role involves spearheading the design and implementation of scalable APIs, libraries, and services to integrate blockchain technology and staking functions into our custody platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer proficient in Java, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, and possesses a solid grasp of cryptocurrency technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the design, implementation, and deployment of robust and scalable APIs, libraries, and services.
• Integrate blockchain and staking functions into our custody platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled software engineers.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to introduce new features.
• Uphold high software quality standards through the establishment of best practices.
• Address bottlenecks, troubleshoot bugs, and enhance application performance.
• Research, assess, and implement new technologies to optimize development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with expertise in Java development.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and blockchain technologies, including staking.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing high-performance systems and APIs.
• Experience in team leadership and mentorship.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Background in fintech or financial services and familiarity with Staking and Custody in Blockchain.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Python, Go, or C++.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.

The base salary range will be determined based on candidate experience, expertise, and local market conditions, following our total compensation philosophy prioritizing competitive base salary, annual bonuses, and equity incentives.
