VIP Sales Manager
The institutional sales team offers an exciting opportunity to proactively build relationships with institutional and high net-worth clients in the cryptocurrency industry. Join us in guiding clients through their first crypto instrument purchases and developing customized crypto solutions tailored to their unique needs. As part of our operations team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders like sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to support the growth of our infrastructure.
As a key Sales Manager within our VIP segment, your primary role is to target and engage high-volume traders on the Crypto.com Exchange, focusing on business development and providing top-tier client services. This position demands a results-oriented professional capable of addressing complex financial demands and devising tailored incentives for clients. You will also proactively steer VIP clients towards suitable products, participate in industry events, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance our offerings for advanced crypto users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential VIP clients in the realm of high-volume and advanced trading.
- Guide VIP clients in selecting appropriate products while monitoring performance metrics closely.
- Develop creative solutions and incentives to meet the specific needs of high-value customers, such as introducing new perks and product enhancements.
- Maintain continuous communication with VIP clients, seek feedback, and propose product refinements.
- Offer prompt and satisfactory customer service, resolving issues efficiently for VIP clients by coordinating with internal departments.
- Attend conferences and community events to network with potential VIP clients and boost brand awareness.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive network within the high-net-worth and advanced crypto trading communities.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in selling premium financial products to sophisticated users and high-end traders.
- Proven track record of successfully monetizing relationships with high-value clients.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and generate revenue from client/partner relationships.
- Excellent proficiency in professional written and oral English communication (additional proficiency in local language is a plus), with the capability to present effectively.
