Description

The role available within the institutional sales team offers a unique opportunity for professionals to bolster their institutional/high net worth client base. Responsibilities include shepherding clients through their initial foray into crypto instruments and crafting customized crypto products that stand out in the market. If assigned to the operations team, you will engage with various stakeholders like sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to support the expansion of our infrastructure.

As the VIP Sales Manager, you will lead efforts in acquiring and generating revenue from high-volume traders at the Crypto.com Exchange. This position blends elements of Business Development and Premium Client Services, calling for a target-oriented individual adept at addressing intricate financial requirements with tailored incentives. Your duties will comprise guiding VIP clients towards suitable products, participating in pivotal industry events, and collaborating internally to enhance offerings for advanced crypto users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential VIP clients, particularly high-volume/advanced traders.
  • Direct VIP clients toward appropriate products, overseeing OKRs and KPIs.
  • Create innovative solutions and incentives tailored to high-value customers' needs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with VIP clients, gather feedback, and propose product enhancements.
  • Deliver prompt and satisfactory customer service and resolve issues for VIP clients, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Attend conferences and community gatherings to connect with potential VIP clients and boost visibility.

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive network in high-net-worth and advanced crypto trader circles.
  • At least 4 years of experience selling premium financial/cryptocurrency products to sophisticated users and advanced traders.
  • Proven track record in monetizing high-value client relationships.
  • Demonstrable history of initiating, managing, and monetizing partnerships with clients or partners to achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in professional written and verbal English, with samples of writing and presentations encouraged.
