VIP Sales Manager
The institutional sales team offers an exciting opportunity for you to develop and manage your institutional or high-net-worth clientele. You will be an integral part of the process, guiding clients from onboarding to their first crypto instrument, and crafting unique crypto products tailored specifically for their needs. If you are part of the operations team, you will engage with various stakeholders like sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to support the growth of our infrastructure.
As a part of the team responsible for VIP sales, you will focus on acquiring and maximizing the value of high-volume traders within the exchange platform. This role blends elements of business development and premium client services, requiring a results-oriented individual adept at understanding complex financial requirements and delivering personalized benefits. Your responsibilities will include guiding VIP clients towards suitable products, participating in industry events, and collaborating internally to enhance offerings for sophisticated crypto users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential VIP clients, particularly high-volume and advanced traders.
- Guide VIP clients towards suitable products, monitoring OKRs and KPIs.
- Create customized solutions and incentives to meet the unique needs of high-value customers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with VIP clients, collect feedback, and propose product enhancements.
- Provide timely and effective customer service, addressing issues for VIPs and coordinating with internal teams.
- Participate in conferences and community events to interact with potential VIP customers and raise brand awareness.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive network within the high-net-worth or advanced crypto trading community.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience selling premium financial or crypto products to sophisticated users.
- Proven track record of monetizing high-value client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and monetize relationships with clients or partners effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in professional written and verbal English (ability in additional languages is a plus).
