VIP Sales Manager
The institutional sales team offers the opportunity to develop and manage institutional and high-net worth clients. It involves the exciting process of onboarding clients to their initial crypto instruments, crafting unique crypto products for clients, and collaborating with various stakeholders in the operations team such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to enhance and grow the infrastructure.
As a VIP Sales Manager, you will focus on acquiring and managing high-volume traders within the Crypto.com Exchange. This key role combines business development and premium client services, requiring a results-oriented individual to address complex financial requirements and deliver tailored incentives. Responsibilities include guiding VIP clients toward appropriate products, engaging in industry events, and collaborating internally to enhance offerings for sophisticated crypto users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and engaging potential VIP clients (advanced traders).
- Assisting VIP clients in selecting suitable products and monitoring performance metrics.
- Customizing innovative solutions and incentives to meet high-value clients' needs.
- Maintaining regular communication with VIP clients, gathering feedback, and suggesting product enhancements.
- Providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues promptly for VIP clients, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Participating in conferences and community events to network with potential VIP clients and raise awareness.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive network within high-net-worth and advanced crypto trader circles.
- 4+ years of experience in selling premium financial/crypto products to sophisticated users.
- Proven track record of successfully monetizing relationships with high-value clients.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and monetize client relationships effectively.
- Proficient in professional written and oral English (additional local language is a plus), with strong communication skills.
