VIP Sales Manager, Italy
The institutional sales team presents a unique opportunity for you to develop and grow your institutional and high-net-worth clientele base. If you are part of our operations team, you will engage with various stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers, contributing to the expansion of our infrastructure.
As a Sales Manager, you will be tasked with acquiring and monetizing high-volume traders within the Cryptocurrency Exchange. This role blends Business Development and Premium Client Services, requiring a results-oriented individual capable of addressing complex financial needs and offering tailored incentives. Your responsibilities will involve guiding VIP clients to the appropriate products, attending key industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our offerings for sophisticated crypto users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential VIP clients, particularly high-volume and advanced traders.
- Guide VIP clients towards suitable products, overseeing OKRs and KPIs.
- Customize innovative solutions and incentives tailored to the needs of high-value customers.
- Maintain regular communication with VIP clients, gather feedback, and suggest product enhancements.
- Provide prompt and effective customer service to VIPs, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Attend conferences and community events to connect with potential VIP clients and boost awareness.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive network in high-net-worth and advanced crypto traders.
- Minimum of 4 years selling premium financial/crypto products to sophisticated users and advanced traders.
- Proven track record in monetizing high-value client relationships.
- Demonstrable experience initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships.
- Excellent command of professional written and oral communication skills in English (plus local language), with samples of writing and presentations welcomed.
