You will play a vital role in guiding clients through adopting crypto instruments and tailoring innovative crypto products to their specific needs. For those in our operations team, you will engage with various stakeholders, such as sales traders and account managers, contributing to the growth of our infrastructure.
As a VIP Sales Manager, you will focus on acquiring and developing relationships with high-volume traders on the Crypto.com Exchange. This position blends Business Development and Premium Client Services, requiring a motivated individual who can address intricate financial requirements and create personalized incentives. Your responsibilities include guiding VIP clients towards suitable products, participating in industry events, and collaborating internally to enhance our offerings for advanced crypto users.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and connecting with potential VIP clients, particularly high-volume and advanced traders.
- Steering VIP clients towards appropriate products while monitoring objectives and performance indicators.
- Crafting creative solutions and incentives tailored to the unique needs of high-value customers.
- Maintaining regular communication with VIP clients, collecting feedback, and suggesting product enhancements.
- Providing swift and effective customer service and issue resolution for VIPs, collaborating with internal teams.
- Attending conferences and community gatherings to engage with potential VIP clients and enhance visibility.
Requirements:
- Extensive network in high-net-worth and advanced crypto traders.
- 4+ years of experience in selling premium financial or crypto products to sophisticated users.
- Proven track record of monetizing high-value client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners.
- Proficient in professional written and verbal English communication, with strong presentation skills.
