About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Product Analyst with a passion for sports to join the Product Analytics team. In this role, you will lead data-driven decision-making within our Sports and Predictions division, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and operators to drive user funnel optimization, enhance liquidity, and shape product strategies using actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Establish and track KPIs to steer product performance, trading activity, and user acquisition.
Analyze user conduct, trading trends, and price responsiveness to identify product enhancements.
Conduct analysis on market liquidity to support teams in improving depth, spreads, and order book health.
Collaborate on event tracking, data accuracy, and experimentation frameworks with data engineering and platform teams.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in product analytics, sports analytics, or quant/data science roles.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Looker, and Mixpanel.
Familiarity with A/B testing and product experimentation frameworks.
Interest and knowledge in sports.
Experience in market liquidity analysis, encompassing depth, spreads, execution quality, and market-making behaviors.
Ability to challenge assumptions, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and craft narratives guided by data.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
