About the Role
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct research using key metrics to identify growth opportunities for user acquisition and channels across our products
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing teams, Partnerships, and other stakeholders to align marketing campaign strategy with business priorities, incorporating insights from campaign reviews
- Develop a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) plan with timelines, collaborating with key stakeholders
- Utilize historical data and customer insights to develop, test, and refine the most effective channel mix
- Stay updated on new marketing trends and user stories, identifying, testing, and optimizing opportunities and processes
- Provide regular communications and post-campaign learnings to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience within the Web3 landscape, with at least 2 years in web3/crypto marketing. Experience in a DeFi/blockchain network company or project is a plus.
- Familiarity with both centralized and decentralized blockchain platforms and services for retail users
- Results-oriented and strategic mindset
- Natural leadership skills, combining creativity and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Attentive to detail and proactive in problem-solving
- Highly organized, able to meet tight deadlines, manage budgets, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal guidance
