Web3 Security Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a Web3 security team by designing backend systems
• Manage, update, and enhance existing systems for optimal performance
• Develop new services in collaboration with product managers to transform product and technical visions into actionable plans
• Enhance security systems and tools in conjunction with the operations team to boost operational efficiency and automation
• Collaborate with the analysts team in data cleaning, modeling, and analysis tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of development experience in blockchain, anti-fraud, risk control, or related domains
• Led at least one high-priority project involving backend and big data processes
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud development, MySQL, and various NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with big data components like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, HBase, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, and Elasticsearch
• Extensive background in big data development, encompassing data collection, cleansing, and real-time/batch analytics
• Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, with a proactive learning approach and keenness for Web3 security
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Good-to-have

• Knowledge of blockchain and on-chain data
• Experience in front-end development
• Proficiency in performance tuning for JVM, SQL, RPC, etc.
