Available roles include opportunities for Software Engineers specializing in QA, Kotlin Engineering, and JavaScript Engineering. Successful candidates will work within the Web3 Wallet team, contributing to the advancement and innovation of Web3 technologies.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the company's Web3 wallet products.
- Utilize strong development skills to address cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.
- Research and implement blockchain protocols, designing wallet SDKs to support various blockchain networks.
- Prioritize thorough testing to ensure accurate product functionality.
- Remain informed about emerging technologies in the blockchain industry to propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in a computer-related field (bachelor's or above).
- Proficiency in Kotlin/Java development.
- Previous experience in Web3 projects.
- Excellent logical reasoning, teamwork, and learning capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience with open-source projects is advantageous.

Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication

Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
(Bonus) Have contributed to DAOs or Web3 protocols before — or maybe you’ve been a degen with a spreadsheet.
