This role requires expertise in 3D graphics and machine learning and offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in advanced graphics and AI technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing solutions that create and manipulate 3D geometry, including avatars and their environments, to set new standards in digital expression and identity.

Responsibilities:
Ideate and develop innovative solutions, leveraging expertise in 3D graphics and machine learning
Collaborate with technical leaders and cross-functional teams to prototype, build, and debug research-guided tools for 3D content creation
Implement research paper concepts, translating findings into industry-leading creative technologies
Lead the development of clean and extensible software and systems, following open standards for portability
Optimize data and algorithms for maximum efficiency
Establish best practices and performance benchmarks
Mentor team members and stay updated with the latest research in computer graphics, machine learning, and related technologies
Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and excellence
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with real-time 3D rendering engines (Unity) and architectures
4+ years of experience applying machine learning to 3D content generation, including computer vision and surface reconstruction
Strong skills in 3D math, linear algebra, computational geometry, and numerical analysis
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and testing frameworks
Proficiency in C++ and other programming languages
Experience with 3D graphics APIs, shaders, and graphics hardware acceleration
Familiarity with 3D scene description standards and compression techniques
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with AI-driven content creation and geometric simulation
Familiarity with DCCs (Blender, Maya, Houdini) in a production environment
Knowledge of concurrent programming
