cannot recommend this freelancer based on my experience. The project was not fully completed or delivered in an operational state by the agreed deadline, despite repeated assurances that the work was close to finished. During the third milestone, I was pressured multiple times to release milestone payments and approve work that was still incomplete and required significant additional fixes afterward. The freelancer also requested additional USDT funds specifically for live transaction testing and validation of the website/payment flow. Those funds were never used for the agreed testing process. The freelancer later admitted directly in chat that the money had instead been used for personal hardware/work environment issues. 155 usd scamed.
