We are assembling a Business Intelligence function to turn product and usage data into clear insights that drive growth and product improvements. In this position you will design tracking, create dashboards and reports, and partner with engineering, data teams and product owners to make data accessible and actionable across the company. Your work will support decision‑making, experimentation, and continuous optimization of user journeys and monetization flows.
Primary Responsibilities
Define, implement and maintain event instrumentation and data pipelines for key product areas (onboarding, authentication, wallet/keycard interactions, social features).
Create and own dashboards and reports covering activation, retention, funnels, cohort analysis and LTV/CAC for Product and Growth teams.
Collaborate with analytics engineers to specify event schemas, ETL transformations and data quality validations.
Perform ad‑hoc analyses to surface growth opportunities, detect drop‑offs, and quantify product changes.
Convert analytical findings into prioritized recommendations and work with cross‑functional teams to run experiments and improvements.
Monitor product health metrics, set up alerts for regressions, and lead weekly/monthly business reviews.
Coach and guide junior analysts; establish standards for tracking, documentation and reproducible analysis.
