Deploy Existing MVP + Fix Critical Bugs (Stabilization Only)
JOB OBJECTIVE
Deploy an existing MVP and fix only the listed critical issues.
This is a stabilization and deployment task only.It is NOT a rebuild, refactor, or expansion.
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
Applications must start with the word AS-IS (in caps), followed by one sentence confirming you understand this is a deployment and bug-fix task only.

SCOPE STRICT - ONLY REQUIRED TASKS
- Deploy existing frontend and backend from the provided GitHub repository as-is
- Configure environment variables using values provided by the project owner
CRITICAL BUGS TO FIX (ONLY THESE)
- Login and authentication errors returning server errors
- Dashboard-related updates, including meal plan updates, not reflecting correctly
- Burn multiplier logic not updating correctly
CORE FLOWS TO VERIFY
- User signup and login
- Dashboard updates after user actions
- Admin access functionality
EXPLICIT EXCEPTION (ALLOWED BUT LIMITED)
- Add a simple Founder badge for early users
- Backend boolean flag: isFounder
- Automatically set isFounder to true for the first 500 paid users
- Frontend static “Founding Member” label on dashboard or profile
- Restrictions:
- No NFTs
- No Web3 logic
- No animations
- No UI redesigns
This is equivalent to an existing role or permission check and does not require refactoring or new systems.
OUT OF SCOPE - NON NEGOTIABLE
- No rebuilds
- No redesigns
- No refactors
- No architecture changes
- No feature additions
- No performance optimizations
- No suggested improvements beyond listed issues
If you believe the codebase should be rewritten or expanded, do not apply.
PAYMENTS AND INTEGRATIONS
- CoinPayments integration already exists
- Task is limited to environment variable configuration and test transaction verification
- No new payment logic or integrations
- No new APIs, services, or environment variables are to be created by the developer
SECURITY AND ACCESS
- Sensitive API keys will not be shared in chat
- Environment variables are injected by the project owner
- Access is repo-only, time-boxed, and revoked immediately after completion
TIMELINE AND BUDGET
- Fixed budget: 180 USD
- Timeline: 4 days
- Payment via LaborX escrow only
- ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
- Application deploys successfully
- All listed bugs are fixed
- Core flows verified end to end
- No scope expansion introduced
REQUIRED TECHNICAL FIT
This task requires practical experience with:
- Deploying Node.js and Next.js applications
- Debugging authentication and API-related issues
- Working with environment variables in production
- Basic role or permission-based logic
