• Shipping confirmation
Apply basic branding (logo + clean layout)
Ensure proper deliverability setup (SPF/DKIM)
Perform a basic end-to-end test to confirm emails are correctly delivered
COA integration
Upload and organize COA PDF files
Link each COA to the correct product page
Add a visible “View COA” button
Display batch number
Final adjustments (limited)
Ensure consistency across product pages (layout, spacing, buttons)
Fix minor UI issues and small bugs if found
Mobile responsiveness check
Testing conditions
A small real transaction can be used if necessary, but it must be minimal and controlled
The transaction must be done through the website checkout (no direct transfers)
Prior notice must be given before running the test
Alternatively, a test mode or low-value transaction is preferred
Full verification is required after testing (including deliverability and email reception)
No redesign or additional features are required in this phase.
