Task (videorecord)
Open the provided website.
Enter the required details.
Go to the payment page.
Select the Online Banking payment method specified in the instructions.
Enter your IBAN.
Make a 20 euro test payment.
Record your screen during ALL process.
Send the video and the final payment result.
The video should show the website flow from the beginning of the test through the payment confirmation.
Do not record or share passwords, PINs, TAN/2FA codes, banking login credentials, card security codes, or other sensitive information.
Budget
Total budget per tester: $70 USD
$20 — test payment
$50 — tester's payment for completing the task
Total: $70 per tester.
The 20 euro payment will be reimbursed via escrow NO ANY UPFRONT PAYMENTS!
Privacy and Security
Do not record or share:
- passwords;
- banking login credentials;
- PINs;
- TAN/2FA codes;
- full card numbers;
- CVV/CVC codes;
- security questions;
- account recovery information.
The screen recording should be stopped or sensitive information should be hidden whenever confidential banking credentials or authentication codes are displayed.
The test is intended to evaluate the registration and Online Banking payment experience for users located in Germany.
