We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter / talent sourcer to help us identify and connect with qualified candidates for our open positions.
What you'll do
Search for qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other relevant sources.
Identify candidates who match our requirements.
Reach out to potential candidates and introduce the opportunity.
Conduct an initial screening to assess experience, skills, and overall fit.
Provide us with a shortlist of qualified candidates and their relevant information.
Coordinate communication between qualified candidates and our team when appropriate.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or headhunting.
Strong ability to find candidates proactively rather than relying only on job applications.
Good communication and candidate-screening skills.
Ability to understand a job description and identify genuinely relevant candidates.
Professional and reliable communication.
Compensation
We are open to discussing either:
A fixed fee per qualified candidate, or
A success fee for candidates who are hired.
