Portugal Company Formation & Business Banking Specialist
I’m looking for an experienced Portugal-based professional or agency to assist me with a fully remote company formation and business banking setup.
The director is a French citizen currently residing in the US and has a valid French passport, EU ID, and US driver’s license.
The services I need are:
- Portuguese NIF for the director
- Incorporation of a Sociedade Unipessoal por Quotas (Lda.)
- Sole shareholder and sole director structure
- RCBE/UBO registration
- Tax registration and Início de Actividade
- Registered office/address if required
- Delivery of all company incorporation documents
- Assistance with opening a traditional Portuguese business bank account, preferably Novo Banco or Santander
I would like the entire process handled remotely where possible.
Please provide:
- Exact total cost, including government and professional fees
- Estimated timeline for each stage
- Exact documents required from me
- Confirmation of whether the banking process can be completed remotely
- Which Portuguese banks you normally work with
- What happens if the first bank declines the application and whether you can assist with an alternative bank
I will provide the required identification, proof of address and business information and cooperate fully with all KYC/compliance requirements.
