Position: Korean-Speaking Community Manager
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual fluent in both Korean and English to join our community management team. As a Community Manager, you'll engage and support our Korean-speaking community across Telegram and Discord, ensuring their needs are met, providing assistance, and fostering a positive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with our Korean community members on Telegram and Discord, addressing inquiries and providing support promptly and professionally.
- Grow both Telegram and Discord communities up.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere by organizing and moderating discussions, events, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions).
- Translate and create content (short announcements and updates) from English to Korean.
- Collaborate with the global community management team to align strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in community management or social media moderation within the blockchain/crypto space is preferred.
- Having your own database of potential clients or ability to advertise our services and communities across your own communication channels is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms.
- Passionate about blockchain technology and fostering engaged communities.
