Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. You will work closely with our development team to identify bugs, flaws, and areas for improvement, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and usability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and report bugs, defects, and other issues
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and other testing documentation
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality assurance process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
