BaltEX is a fast-growing non-custodial crypto exchange combining CEX liquidity with DEX freedom. We support 500+ tokens across 20+ chains and focus on privacy, simplicity, and early access to new assets.
We’re looking for a Reddit Marketing Specialist who knows how to build conversations, drive engagement, and grow brand visibility organically within Reddit communities.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Reddit threads that highlight BaltEX’s features, updates, and unique value (privacy-first, cross-chain swaps, early token listings).
- Engage in crypto-related subreddits with genuine discussions, answering questions, and positioning BaltEX as a trusted solution.
- Boost brand awareness by building activity under relevant threads (“top crypto exchanges,” “where to swap tokens,” etc.).
- Work on organic promotion strategies (upvotes, comments, AMA-style interactions) without spam.
- Monitor trends and opportunities within Reddit to insert BaltEX naturally into conversations.
- Report weekly on thread performance, engagement, and growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Reddit marketing/community building, ideally in crypto/Web3.
- Understanding of crypto exchanges, DeFi, and token swaps.
- Ability to create authentic, engaging, and non-spammy content.
- Knowledge of Reddit culture, rules, and best practices.
- Active Reddit account(s) with good karma/history is a plus.
