We’re looking for a Reddit Marketing Specialist who knows how to build conversations, drive engagement, and grow brand visibility organically within Reddit communities.
Responsibilities
Create and manage Reddit threads that highlight BaltEX’s features, updates, and unique value (privacy-first, cross-chain swaps, early token listings).
Engage in crypto-related subreddits with genuine discussions, answering questions, and positioning BaltEX as a trusted solution.
Boost brand awareness by building activity under relevant threads (“top crypto exchanges,” “where to swap tokens,” etc.).
Work on organic promotion strategies (upvotes, comments, AMA-style interactions) without spam.
Monitor trends and opportunities within Reddit to insert BaltEX naturally into conversations.
Report weekly on thread performance, engagement, and growth.
Requirements
Proven experience with Reddit marketing/community building, ideally in crypto/Web3.
Understanding of crypto exchanges, DeFi, and token swaps.
Ability to create authentic, engaging, and non-spammy content.
Knowledge of Reddit culture, rules, and best practices.
Active Reddit account(s) with good karma/history is a plus.
