Hi, I have an in-progress MERN stack project with working UI and integrated payment features (PayPal, Stripe). Everything runs smoothly, but it’s still too early to be considered a production-ready product.
I’m now planning to upgrade this project into a Web3-powered NFT marketplace for real estate assets — such as houses, offices, and retail properties.
Upgrade Scope:
Add wallet login (Web3 integration)
Implement NFT minting to represent property ownership
Create a marketplace UI for listing, bidding, and buying
Link real estate listings with metadata and ownership
Plan for future crypto payment integration (ETH, USDT, etc.)
Requirements:
Strong experience with Web3, smart contracts (Solidity), and NFT standards
Familiarity with fullstack (especially MERN) project architecture
Ability to integrate blockchain features into an existing codebase
Clean, production-quality code and scalable design approach
