Full Stack Developer Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain responsive web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with team members in agile/scrum workflows to define and deliver new features.
- Translate user needs and technical requirements into clean, scalable solutions.
- Debug and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
- Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation and write clean, maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews, daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to system design and architecture decisions with a product-first mindset.
Work Hours & Compensation:
- Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
- Weekly Commitment: 20–40 hours
- Rate: $50–$80/hour (commensurate with experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience with React, Node.js, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, REST APIs)
- Proficiency in Git and version control workflows

- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Java, Go, or Python

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
