We need a lightweight Discord bot to help us manage new member applications for our community server.
Features Required:
A command (e.g., /apply) that opens an application form via DM or in a private channel
Admin review panel (within Discord) to approve or deny applications
Auto-role assignment upon approval
Log application submissions and decisions to a private mod channel
Simple database or flat file to store submissions and status
Nice to Have:
Cooldown or limit how often users can apply
DM notification to user after approval/denial
Optional question editor for admins
