7. Web3 Developer Community BD Specialist (Europe)
Responsibilities
Onboard global developer communities to use DoraHacks.io, and assist them in utilizing functions such as hackathon, bounty, grant, and idea. Establish and maintain relationships with global developer communities. Organize offline events related to DoraHacks. Participate in offline events hosted Web3 developer communities. Collect user feedback on products, and summarize operational experiences on a regular basis.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience and study in the Web3 and blockchain field, with enthusiasm for Web3 developer ecosystem development. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Goal-oriented, proactive in syncing task progress, and capable of self-correction. Strong learning ability and self-motivation. Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills. Team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
Better to Have
Familiarity with common technology stacks and terminology in blockchain. Proficiency in article writing.

Test (Online test/Take-home assignment) Recruiter call (15-30 minutes) Team interview (45-60 mins) Final interview (45 mins) This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. We are able to provide visa sponsorship in some countries, and the possibilities can be discussed in interview process. Our interview process takes place on Zoom/Google Meeting.

Web3 Investment Advisor - Panga Ventures
• Provide strategic investment advice on Web3 and DeFi opportunities
• Conduct due diligence on potential portfolio companies
• Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and mentorship
• Share industry insights and market intelligence
• Assist with fundraising strategy and LP relations
• Evaluate tokenomics models and protocol economics
• Network development and deal sourcing
• Represent Panga Ventures at industry events
VIP Customer Relationship Officer (Remote)
Oversee the operation and VIP customer management
Responsible for transactions, new additions and asset accumulation data of major customers
Provide one-to-one services for high-level customers, and match services according to customer needs
Monitor the transaction data of VIP major customers, actively provide strategies and promote implementation
What you'll need
At least 1-2 years in VIP customer management
Preferable in exchange, Web3 industry major customer (VIP) operation experience
Proficient in Korean and English or Chinese can be used as business communication
Good in communication and responsive
