Account Manager - VIP/Institutional Clients

We are currently seeking a seasoned professional with a background in the crypto industry to manage accounts and bolster business expansion. This role involves utilizing relationship-building and account management expertise, together with in-depth knowledge of the Binance platform and trading, to assist clients in advancing their business operations within Binance. The role will align individual client growth requirements with Binance's business development strategies, particularly focusing on VIP and Institutional markets. Additionally, it will contribute to enhancing Binance's production solutions tailored for VIP and Institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for numerous institutional/VIP clients.
- Expand existing customer relationships through consistent communication and understanding of their needs.
- Identify avenues for client growth and facilitate resource acquisition to exploit these opportunities.
- Guide clients in navigating Binance's product offerings, VIP structure, and important updates on the platform. Provide assistance for VIP upgrades and other product configurations.
- Conduct user behavior analysis, monitor status, identify latent requirements, and prepare essential customer analysis reports for key clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/sales within financial/trading institutions.
- Experience in product management within exchange/broker/trading firms.
- Proficient understanding of common trading strategies and operational mechanisms of trading firms for profitability.
- Strong client management skills, including maintaining robust relationships, client profile organization, and fostering client business activities.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to diverse situations.
- Familiarity with trading systems and APIs is advantageous.
- Capability to thrive under pressure.
- Deep interest in cryptocurrency. Prior industry exposure is highly desirable.
