Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Lead Engineer to join our Computer Vision team. This position requires expertise in developing security protocols for face and ID verification processes and spearheading innovative technologies such as face detection, face recognition, and anti-deepfake measures. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to fortify the security and integrity of biometric processing systems against sophisticated threats.
Responsibilities
Spearhead the development of cutting-edge computer vision technologies focusing on face detection, face recognition, and anti-deepfake measures while enhancing liveness detection and anti-forgery solutions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate these solutions into existing platforms while prioritizing scalability and performance.
Remain updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements in computer vision and security to ensure our solutions retain their cutting-edge status.
Define the strategic trajectory of the team, establishing clear goals and metrics aligned with the company's objectives.
Mentor and cultivate a team of computer vision engineers and researchers, fostering an innovative culture focused on continuous improvement.
Requirements
Hold an advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a concentration on computer vision or machine learning.
Possess a minimum of 10 years of industry experience in computer vision technology development, including hands-on involvement in liveness detection and anti-forgery implementations.
Demonstrate experience in leading large-scale projects and innovations in areas such as liveness detection, face recognition, and anti-deepfake technologies.
Extensive familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies, specifically in the field of computer vision, with potential contributions to reputable open-source projects like GitHub.
Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide a team of highly skilled technical professionals.
Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
