Job Overview:

Our company is currently seeking an experienced and visionary individual to fulfill the role of an AI Product Manager. This role entails leading the integration of advanced AI features into our User-Generated Content (UGC) platform. The ideal candidate is expected to shape the AI strategy, identify innovative AI functionalities, and oversee a team of skilled AI professionals, including engineers and product designers.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate a forward-thinking AI strategy aligned with the platform's objectives and user requirements. Find ways to use AI to enhance content creation, moderation, personalization, and user engagement. Create and manage a roadmap for AI-driven features that balances short-term achievements with long-term innovation.

• AI Features Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to generate, prototype, and refine cutting-edge AI-powered tools, such as generative AI for content creation, AI-driven moderation for quality control, and personalization algorithms for enhancing user experiences. Set feature requirements ensuring adherence to technical and business objectives.

• Team Management: Recruit, oversee, and support a high-performing team of AI product specialists, comprising engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages experimentation and the delivery of innovative solutions. Provide mentorship and avenues for professional growth to cultivate a culture of excellence and curiosity within the team.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and various departments to deliver AI features that resonate with creators and users. Act as the main liaison between the AI team and leadership, translating technical insights into viable business opportunities. Promote communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on AI goals and deliverables.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics and user feedback to guide prioritization and optimization of AI features. Monitor essential performance indicators for AI tools, implementing changes based on performance outcomes and user satisfaction. Stay informed about AI trends and developments, incorporating relevant innovations into the platform.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Demonstrated track record of at least 5 years in product management, ideally in AI-driven products. Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies and their applications on consumer platforms. Experience in leading and expanding multidisciplinary teams, with an emphasis on AI or tech innovation.

• Skills: Profound understanding of generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and AI moderation systems. Proficiency in analytical skills, enabling informed decision-making. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields. An MBA is considered a bonus.

Attributes:

• Visionary mindset with a passion for pushing boundaries in AI applications. Familiarity with the challenges and advantages of UGC platforms. Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
