Your mission

You will play a pivotal role in scaling Bitpanda by spearheading the conceptualization and development of workflow solutions using technologies such as BPMS, RPA, and Cognitive Automation. Collaborating with the Operational Excellence team, you will have the opportunity to craft solutions for various facets within Bitpanda, leveraging our tech and design resources.

What you’ll do 

• Develop and implement Appian solutions for internal applications.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence Specialists to optimize internal processes through BPMS workflows.
• Create test automation and regression tests for the solutions.
• Produce solution documentation and facilitate a smooth handover to the operations team post-Hypercare.
• Work closely with business analysts, UX designers, API developers, and testers to enhance user experience and system integration.

Who you are 

• Possess at least one year of Appian development experience with an 'Associate Developer' certification, along with proficiency in working with Records.
• Skilled in conceptualizing processes and translating them into software applications or automations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, embodying a strong dedication to Bitpanda's mission to revolutionize the financial and crypto industry.
• Ideally, have experience with Cloud environments and familiarity with Agile frameworks like SCRUM and LeSS.
• Eager to learn and implement new technologies, with a focus on leveraging AI/ML for workflow automation.
