Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Arabic Language Manager to join our team and play a key role in localizing content for Arabic-speaking audiences. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to provide exceptional localized experiences for our products, relying on a strategic mindset, expertise in localization best practices, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering superior user experiences on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with localization managers to drive language quality initiatives, conducting reviews and testing to ensure optimal local user experiences.
• Lead localization projects from start to finish, maintaining communication with various stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Advocate for local customers by collecting feedback and offering insights on product UI/UX to enhance localized user experiences.
• Assess language service providers, offer feedback and training, and monitor their performance to uphold quality standards.
• Maintain translation assets for accuracy and relevancy.
• Analyze local market potential, identify opportunities or threats, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure all localized content aligns with global brand guidelines while retaining a unique tone for the Arabic market.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic with business proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as translation, linguistics, or communications.
• Proven experience in Arabic translation, localization, or Language Quality Assurance, with a track record of leading localization projects.
• Proficiency in localization tools and technologies, including TMS and CMS.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Experience in creative translation and cultural adaptation of content.
• Ability to conduct market research, gather feedback, and provide insights on UI/UX.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of additional languages and familiarity with localization management.
