Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead a team of technicians and provide strategic guidance to ensure high performance levels within our mining centers.
- Collaborate with the site manager to promote innovation and continuous improvement for maintaining uptime above 99%.
- Adhere to policies that exceed local Health & Safety standards for bitcoin mining facilities.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to critical facility operations.
- Assist in addressing workforce and operational issues, working closely with leadership.
- Support project deployment initiatives.
- Fulfill any additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Preference for 1 year of technical experience in a bitcoin mining facility.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, effective communication, ability to work independently, basic computer proficiency. Personal traits such as pro-activity, helpfulness, conscientiousness, and teamwork are valued.
- Knowledge of bitcoin mining is advantageous.
- Certifications: Not required.
- Licenses: Not required.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and reliable transportation.
