Job Overview:

The role of the Mining Operations- Assistant Site Manager is crucial to CleanSpark's bitcoin mining operations. This position is part of a team that provides around-the-clock coverage and support for mining centers, assisting the engineering and facilities teams in their efforts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Managing a team of skilled technicians to ensure high performance levels
• Collaborating with the site manager to drive innovation and continuous improvement for excellent uptime
• Adhering to procedures and policies that surpass local Health & Safety standards for mining facilities
• Analyzing and reporting Key Performance Indicators for facility operations
• Working with leadership to address workforce and operational concerns
• Assisting with project deployment as needed
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Experience: 1 year of technical experience in a bitcoin mining facility preferred
• Skills: Leadership, effective communication, ability to work independently, basic computer skills, proactive mentality, and collaborative spirit
• Knowledge in Bitcoin mining is preferred
• Certifications and licenses are not required
• Physical abilities: Able to lift 50-75 lbs
• Reliable transportation is necessary
