Assistant Site Manager - Washington, GA
Job Overview:
The Mining Operations- Assistant Site Manager plays a vital role within CleanSpark's bitcoin mining operations. Working collaboratively as part of a team, this role provides continuous support to the mining centers, assisting the engineering and facilities teams as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee a team of skilled technicians, offering both tactical and strategic guidance to ensure optimal performance levels.
- Collaborate with the site manager to foster innovation and drive continuous improvement for uptime maintenance at 99% or higher.
- Adhere to procedures and policies that exceed local Health & Safety standards specific to bitcoin mining facilities.
- Analyze and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) pertinent to critical facility operations.
- Address workforce and operational concerns in conjunction with leadership.
- Assist in project deployment when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience: Ideally 1 year of technical experience in a bitcoin mining facility.
- Specific skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities, effective communication skills, capacity to work independently while completing tasks, basic computer proficiency. Personal traits: Proactive mindset, helpful attitude, conscientious approach, pride in workmanship, team player.
